Pathfinder | MPI Consulting was named the 2013 TSMSDC Level II Supplier of the Year at the Annual Agave Awards, held in Louisville Kentucky November 14th at the Louisville Marriott. The company is owned by John H. Hawkins, CEO and President.

Pathfinder | MPI Consulting was also recently chosen by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce as one of the “Emerging 30” companies for 2013. The “Emerging 30” are businesses making a significant economic impact on the local region due to annual revenue growth and job creation. Companies chosen for this honor must have had an average revenue growth of over 15% or more over the past three years.
Pathfinder | MPI was also recently selected to “Faculty” status by the Shopper Marketing “Path to Purchase Institute” (the FMCG industry’s leading shopper marketing organization) based on participant feedback from the 2013 conference in Chicago.
In October 2013, Pathfinder partnered with the Ohio HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association) to present the Pathfinder Leadership Award for Cultural Competence to Sister Carol Keehan, President | CEO of the Catholic Health Association of the US and Secretary Kathleen Sebelius from the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Hawkins and members of his team also serve the community as volunteers for several organizations, including the YMCA, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and the Dragonfly Foundation.
TSMSDC is one of the 37 affiliate councils of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) (www.nmsdc.org) – the nation’s premier minority business membership organization as the largest certifying organization for minority firms, and the organization that most major corporations accept for certification. Pathfinder | MPI’s award from the regional council now makes the firm eligible for the national awards, which will be given out in New York City in May 2014.
