On October 25, 2013, John Hawkins and Victor Livisay became Qualified Administrators for Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). The IDI is a statistically reliable, cross-culturally valid measure of intercultural competence adapted for the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity. It’s a 50-item, theory-based instrument that can be taken either in paper format or online and generates an in-depth graphic profile of an individual’s or group’s predominant level of intercultural competence along with a detailed textual interpretation of that level of intercultural development and associated transitional issues. This assessment enhances Pathfinder | MPI’s already strong offerings in the multicultural inclusion and cultural competency area. The Pathfinder | MPI framework is unique in that it integrates quality improvement models and best practices that we have utilized across many industries and methodologies from nearly forty years of experiences.
