On July 1, 2013 John Hawkins was honored by being selected to the Faculty of the Path to Purchase Institute. John became a member of the faculty due to his presentation on “Winning With Multicultural Shoppers” at the Shopper Marketing Summit held in Chicago on April 8 – 10, 2013. During his presentation, John emphasized how building a committed cross-cultural approach is foundational to having a successful shopper strategy. John’s presentation received exceptional audience reviews. He joins a faculty which includes individuals from such distinguished companies as: Facebook, The Coca-Cola Co., OfficeMax Inc., Kimberly-Clark, and Google.
Mr. Hawkins is an international experience executive, keynote speaker and corporate trainer. He has worked with hundreds of companies helping them to accelerate their business performance by improving their strategies, developing their people and developing pragmatic implementation solutions. John is an experienced executive with a proven track record of success having worked for and with some of the world’s leading blue chip companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s, Novartis, Glendinning Management Consulting and BAT. He founded Pathfinder Management Consulting, a Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky based management consulting and capability development company. In 2011 John acquired Management Performance International, a 37-year-old Organizational Development and Human Resource consulting practice in Cincinnati which specializes in Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Compensation/Benefits and Capability Development.
