MPI Management Consulting is pleased to announce that Charles J. Aardema has accepted the role of Senior Associate Consultant at Management Performance International (MPI Consulting), a 42 year old highly respected international consulting company headquartered in Cincinnati, OH.
In this assignment, Chuck will report directly to the firm’s CEO, John Hawkins, and will be responsible for driving the company’s U.S. growth strategies. Chuck has a long track record of high impact success in senior executive roles in both public and private sectors in Manufacturing, CPG, Wholesale, Food, and Retail industries. He has significant restructuring experience to improve business performance, and has been a change leader in corporate succession planning, talent and performance management, and executive development. His technical expertise includes labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance. Chuck is a very collaborative leader and has led cultural and business integrations through both mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Chuck was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for AdvancePierre Foods (4,100 employees) in Cincinnati. He previously held positions as Vice President of Human Resources at totes Isotoner Corporation and NewPage Corporation after spending the majority of his career in the paper industry with Mead and MeadWestvaco. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Employers Resource Association in Cincinnati.
Chuck is originally from Muskegon, MI. He received his bachelor’s degree from Hope College and holds a master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
